Guest handbook
Please, separate those towels that you are not going to use, if that is the case, and store them in one of the wardrobes. In the event that you are not going to use a sheet or quilt, please do the same.
In this way we will save water and electricity, in addition to avoiding the unnecessary use of detergents, with the ecological benefit that this entails.
Use air conditioning and heating efficiently: set the temperature of the air conditioning regulator at 25º, or as close to this temperature as possible.
When it comes to heating, remember that underfloor heating is programmed to work in the most efficient way. If you feel cold, use the radiator that is available to our guests, for as short a time as possible.
If you wish to open any of the windows, please do so carefully and following the recommendations that you will find below, in the corresponding section.
We remind you that parties are not allowed in the apartment. Please avoid as much as possible making noises that could disturb the neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, as well as in the common areas of the building.

Ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment.
Our guests can regulate the temperature to their liking, always following criteria of efficiency and sustainability.

Electric underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Pre-programmed for maximum well-being with the least consumption. Additionally, our guests have at their disposal a mobile electric radiator.

Cleaning is a crucial element of our management, for which we spare no time or effort. The loft is subjected to intensive cleaning at each change of guest, as well as the textiles that have been in use.
On the other hand, Gramophone Loft complies with the cleaning and disinfection procedures required as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Likewise, there is a cleaning cabinet stocked with all kinds of products and utensils available to our guests.

Our loft is equipped with the necessary crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, both for short stays and for long stays of several weeks.
Broken or deteriorated parts are replaced as quickly as possible, so that they are never missing. If you detect any broken or damaged part, please let us know so that we can replace it as soon as possible. Likewise, if you consider that any utensil that is not in the loft would be necessary or convenient, please let us know.

For those guests who need to use the washing machine, Gramophone Loft has an indoor clothes rack to dry clothes.
We also offer our guests an iron and ironing board.
Gramophone Loft has all the necessary furniture to provide a comfortable stay for a number of guests that varies from 1 to 4. They can use the furniture as they see fit during their stay, as long as the organisation of the utensils is respected.
In particular, the apartment has the following pieces intended for rest:

150 x 200 cm bed

140 x 190 cm sofa-bed

How to open the sofa bed:
Opening the sofa-bed is very easy; first, clear the area in front of the sofa. Next, insert your hand between the two backs of the sofa: you will find a handle made of the same fabric as the sofa. Pull it forward until the sofa has been fully opened.
To close it, fold the sofa in the opposite direction to the opening.
Gramophone Loft is equipped with all the necessary appliances for our guests to have a comfortable stay to the fullest. In addition, the appliances are top brands.

Gramophone Loft has a fiber optic Internet connection with a capacity of 500 MB.
Also, it offers a Wi-Fi network and a courtesy Ethernet cable to all our guests.

Our guests will have enough towels and sheets for their stay. All Gramophone Loft textiles are of extra quality and are made of 100% cotton.

Gramophone Loft offers a parking space for those guests who request it.

Gramophone Loft has two TV sets, 32” and 49” respectively. The first is located in the living/kitchen area and the second in the bed area.
The largest of them has an Internet connection.
The facade of the building in which Gramophone Loft is located is entirely made of glass; that is, the loft windows constitute the building’s own facade. Therefore, they are delicate elements that must be treated with care.
In general, we recommend opening windows as infrequently as possible.
However, if you need to do so, please follow the recommendations below:

- Turn the handle as indicated in figure A.

- Once the handle is in the position indicated by figure B, push the window out (figure C).

- IMPORTANT: keep in mind that the window opens only at a maximum angle of 20º; please do not try to open the window more than the mechanism allows, as it could seriously damage it.
- To close the window, pull the base of the handle—not directly the handle itself—inwards, and turn in the opposite direction to the opening direction.
We have set up a spacious, bright and comfortable space in Gramophone Loft where our guests can work, if they wish. In it there is a work table, a chair, a desk lamp and a courtesy Ethernet cable for a higher capacity Internet connection, for those who have the Internet as an essential work tool.
